2. Service Usage

AnnotateAI provides artificial intelligence tools for dataset pre-annotation. The accuracy of AI-generated annotations is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for verifying and correcting any annotations generated by the platform before using them in production environments.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We prioritize the security of your data. The Free tier includes temporary storage where files are subject to auto-deletion after 7 days. Pro tier users are provided with persistent storage. However, you retain all rights to your intellectual property, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process your datasets.

4. Plan Limits and Upgrades

Usage is subject to the limits of your subscribed plan (Free vs Pro). Circumventing or attempting to circumvent technical limitations—such as concurrency restrictions, export watermarks, or file size limits—is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

AnnotateAI is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall AnnotateAI or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
